HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Our general commission on estate sales is 35 percent. We are not firm on this percentage and are willing to come down depending on the size of the home and quality of the items within.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE FRONT?

NO. We have no personal interest in selling your valuables for our own profit. This is a great question that you should be asking all companies. We have many honest competitors, but unfortunatly there are some who have the goal of buying items for themselves so they can sell them for a profit in their store or antique booth. We find this to be an unethical practice. We will sell your items to the public with the goal of maximizing your profit, and yours alone.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM YOUR COMPETITORS?

We are unique in that we offer estate sales, buyouts, cleanouts, cleaning, and landscaping. We want to be a one-stop-shop during a stressful time. Cleanouts, cleaning, and curb appeal can all be deducted from what is made from the sale. Your home can be emptied and ready for sale with one phone call and zero out of pocket expenses.
